Brightside Primary School in Billericay seeks a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for an immediate start. This permanent, part-time position runs 32.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, term-time only (44.6 weeks/year).
The HLTA will support teaching and learning, work with teachers, and assist pupils with diverse needs in a nurturing environment. The role requires excellent communication, a commitment to school values, and experience supporting children aged 4–11.
