A vibrant school seeks an outstanding KS2 Classroom Teacher to join its supportive team starting September 2025. The successful candidate will foster inclusivity, deliver engaging lessons, and support children’s preparation for SATs while contributing to a positive school environment. KS2 Classroom Teacher required from September 2025.
We are currently seeking an outstanding Class Teacher to join a dynamic staff team at a happy and supportive school on the outskirts of Huntingdon. This school is dedicated to creating a holistic learning experience that celebrates each child s unique journey, fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity, support, and ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Year 5/6 children with enthusiasm and creativity
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum
Support children in preparation for SATs
Implement effective assessment strategies
Contribute to the school s collaborative and supportive teaching environment
Promote the school s values of inclusivity and holistic development
The successful candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2
Strong understanding of SATs preparation
Ability to create inspiring and differentiated learning experiences
Commitment to child-centred education
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and contribute to the wider school community

SalaryGBP140 to GBP224 per day
Alternatively, they school may wish to appoint you directly. In this case you will be paid a monthly salary and will be paid to scale.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
