We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Teacher to join the team, working 2-3 days per week. This is a rewarding part-time Teacher opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, providing tailored learning in a supportive environment.

This part-time teacher role will involve:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of students with autism.
  • Working closely with support staff and the wider team to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting students' social, emotional, and communication development.
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to suit individual needs.

The successful part-time Teacher will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Have experience working with students with autism or within a specialist setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable in their teaching approach.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
