Job description

Are you passionate about finding top talent and helping them thrive? Join a fast-moving, people-first team where you’ll lead recruitment, shape onboarding, and support learning from day one.

This is your chance to own the full talent journey — from building our employer brand and hiring great people to developing and retaining them.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment: writing compelling job ads, managing the hiring process, partnering with managers to define roles and salaries, and delivering a great candidate experience. You'll keep the ATS and careers site fresh and build a proactive talent pipeline.

Once people join, you’ll make sure they’re set up for success — owning onboarding through to probation, and using exit feedback to help us improve.

You’ll also support development: updating job descriptions, coordinating training, running workshops, and helping embed a culture of learning. You’ll analyse skill gaps, support progression, and drive meaningful career conversations.

How We’ll Measure Success

  • Time to hire
  • Headcount vs. plan
  • Turnover rates
  • Training hours per person
  • Completion of 121s and development plans

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience across the full recruitment cycle
  • Creative flair for employer branding
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools
  • Understanding of employment law and DEI best practices
  • A data-informed, people-focused approach
  • Collaborative, approachable, and resilient energy

What You’ll Get

A flexible role with real ownership, the freedom to try new things, and a team that values your input. Plus: a raft of benefits and flexible working pattern.
