Job summary

Nuffield Health Hendon is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to provide safe, effective lessons on a bank basis at FWC Pool. This part-time role offers up to £22 per hour, ad-hoc hours and access to our benefits package.

You’ll deliver one-to-one or group sessions and help swimmers of all abilities progress. As Britain’s largest healthcare charity, we value friendly communicators with ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their goals.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.
