Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor at our Tunbridge Wells site to deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons on a bank basis. You will work on ad-hoc hours, teaching one-to-one or group classes and inspiring swimmers of all ages to reach their goals.

Applicants should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, with strong communication skills and a passion for swimming. Benefits include a comprehensive package and access to our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to teach and motivate swimmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective swimming lessons for customers.
• Deliver one-to-one or group lessons.
• Be a positive, engaging role model for all ages.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility benefits.
