Job summary

Nuffield Health Bromley is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe and effective swimming lessons on a bank/part-time basis. You will teach one-to-one and group sessions to a diverse range of swimmers at our fitness and wellbeing site.

You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 certification, bring great people skills, and help customers develop their swimming abilities while promoting our facilities and memberships.

Qualifications

• Engage and instruct swimmers of varying ages and abilities.
• Deliver one-to-one or group swimming lessons.
• Promote memberships and facilities to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective swimming lessons following Swim England framework.
• Inspire swimmers to achieve personal goals and progress.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
