We are looking for a Part-time Sushi Chef with a minimum of 16 hours or more per week at our Sainsbury's kiosk in Sushi Gourmet, Tritton Road, Lincoln, LN6 7QN.

Job Description

If you are:
- Enthusiastic, energetic, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
- Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Always happy to help customers with a smile
- Able to work as part of a team or alone while maintaining high standards
- Excited to produce high-quality, sustainable food products

And have:
- Pride in your work, constantly seeking improvement and learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, able to follow brand standards and company policies
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts

And able to:
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products
- Label products accurately ensuring food safety and allergen compliance
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clean the workspace and storerooms as required
- Be organized
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Be an early riser, as shifts can start at 6am
- Learn and improve new skills
