A professional managing agent seeks flexible and motivated Support Workers for part-time roles in Romsey. The position involves supporting Homeowners in a retirement living community, ensuring safety and assisting with daily activities. Ideal candidates should possess strong customer care skills and show empathy. Experience in customer service or care is desirable but not mandatory. Hours: Variety of part-time positions including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends
Contract: Permanent or maternity cover available
Pay rate: £9.50 to £10.23 per hour, depending on shift

Your duties will be diverse, supporting our independent Homeowners as needed. You should be comfortable working independently and using your own initiative.
You will be a visible and reassuring presence for Owners, helping to provide security and peace of mind 24/7. You will assist in maintaining communal areas, ensuring a safe environment, and supporting activities within the development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer care skills, be empathetic, and enjoy a dynamic role. Previous experience as a Support Worker is not mandatory; however, a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or care is desirable.
You should be supportive, discreet, and able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while also maintaining the safety and security of the community.
Basic computer skills and experience with email are necessary to support site administration.
