Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Support Worker in Great Finborough for a part-time role. The package includes a pay rate of £13.10 per hour, rising from £13.00 from 26th October 2026, with full training provided and an enhanced DBS check funded by the employer.

You will help individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs to live more independently and participate in daily activities of their choosing, while benefiting from health plan options, pension and life assurance, and

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care training provided.
