About the Role You'll provide person-centred support in people's homes and local communities-helping with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication, household tasks and attending activities that matter to the people you support. Shifts include a mix of daytime hours, with opportunities for sleep-ins and waking nights. If you're caring, adaptable, and looking for a role where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. Duties could include:- Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs.
- Offering emotional support and positive encouragement.
- Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties.
- Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working.
- Checking and recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.
Shifts and Pay:- Day Shifts, 7:30am-3:00pm | 3:00pm-9:30pm/ 10:30am-10pm | 11:00am-7:00pm

Waking Night Shifts: 10pm - 7am, (+ £12.15 + 20% per hour) - Sleep-In Shifts: Additional to day shifts (+ £62.64 per shift)
- Hourly Rate: £12.75, making the annual salary £24,531 (FTE)
What You'll Need:- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex health needs
- Flexibility - our services run 24/7 and shift patterns vary
- A full UK manual driving licence - There are mobility cars at these services and the correct licence is required.
