Overview
Part-Time Support Worker (20 Hours) – 2 Sleep-Ins Included - Driver Essential

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Hourly Rate: £12.26 Contract: 20 hours per week (including two sleep-ins)

Please note: You must have the right to work full time in the UK without sponsorship to apply for this role.

Must hold a full UK drivers licence for this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in a team dedicated to empowering individuals in their everyday lives. Your role includes:

  • Supporting individuals with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning and personal care

  • Encouraging independence and involvement in the community

  • Supporting with hobbies, social events, and day trips

  • Administering medication when required

  • Keeping care plans and records up to date

  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their rights and wellbeing

We’re seeking someone who is genuinely caring, enthusiastic and has the resilience to support people through both the highs and lows of daily life.
  • Experience with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge is desirable
