Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Ltd in Nairn is seeking a part-time Support Practitioner to help people live independently in their own homes. You will provide practical support with daily tasks, personal care, finances, and medication management.

No prior care experience is required as full training and a funded SVQ will be provided. We value empathy, reliability, and the ability to work well both in a team and alone.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring nature with a supportive approach.
• Good observation skills and awareness of needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence using computers and basic digital skills.
