Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking caring Support Practitioners for a part-time role (16–30 hours/week) to help two young men transition from school into adulthood. You will support daily activities, encourage independence and participate in outings, while building confidence and new interests.

No experience is required; we provide funded qualifications, training, and ongoing support to develop your skills and career with us.

Qualifications

• Must be kind, positive, and ready for a challenge.
• Great teamwork and willingness to learn new things.
• Confident using computers and tablets.

Responsibilities
