We Are Looking For

• Part-Time Supervisor (Minimum 30 hours per week)

You Will

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Contribute to teamwork by assisting in problem-solving, customer relationships, and product quality
• Ensure product quality and customer service meet company standards
• Lead team members to maintain cleanliness and kiosk upkeep
• Provide a safe and clean environment for employees and customers
• Ensure efficient daily operations by bubble baristas
• Protect store assets by following safety, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash handling procedures
• Stay calm and observant during busy periods or unforeseen situations, deploying team members as needed
• Manage and create content for TikTok
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company

You Are

• Experienced in driving high sales in fast-paced food/beverage environments (preferred)
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the UK
• Energetic, positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Punctual and reliable
• Eager to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
