Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Yateley is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver Partner-led service and a passion for food that keeps customers coming back. You will help keep shelves stocked, fulfil online orders, and support the broader shop team in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 20 hours per week across six days with early starts (04:00–09:00). A 18+ requirement applies; Night Premium of £3.75 per hour applies for late shifts. DBS checks may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Essential: strong communication and teamwork to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place.
• Fulfilling online orders for delivery to customers.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team including checkout and Click & Collect.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
