Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Ember Inns at the Sussex Hotel is recruiting a part-time Summer Chef to join the kitchen team for the busy summer season. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate dishes, delivering great service in a welcoming pub setting and helping maintain a positive, fast-paced atmosphere.

This role offers flexible shifts and the chance to stay beyond summer at your site or one of our 1,700+ UK locations.
