• Relevant professional qualification such as Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Mental Health Nurse (MHN).
• Experience in a wellbeing or mental health support role.
• Strong understanding of student mental health challenges and effective intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
