Job summary

Co-op Digital in Fishguard is hiring a Customer Team Member on a part-time contract. 16 hours per week with regular overtime, paid training, and a permanent role. Shifts 10am-6pm across 5 days including weekends.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).
• No specific degree required; training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist with stock, prices, dates and stock accuracy to support store operations.
• Keep shelves stocked and help ensure a safe, legal store environment.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives.
