Job summary

Truro & Penwith College is seeking an inspirational and committed Part Time Lecturer in Sport Therapy to enthuse students and maintain excellent working relationships within a successful department. The appointed candidate will deliver high-quality teaching on Higher Education programmes and contribute to providing an outstanding learning experience for our students.

Candidates should be confident teaching across Levels 4–6, lead several modules, supervise sports therapy clinics, and take

Qualifications

• Sport Therapy degree accredited by the SST is required.
• Master’s degree is desirable.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required; non-qualified applicants may apply.
• Willingness to engage in CPD and maintain SST membership during employment.
• Funding may be available to support teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching on Higher Education programmes.
• Lead several modules and supervise sports therapy clinics.
• Take responsibility for a tutor group.
• Engage in regular CPD to stay updated with research and practice.
