Position: Part-Time Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Barista to join our team at WatchHouse Marylebone.

Ideal Candidate

A genuine, confident, and skilled barista, ready to introduce customers to the Modern Coffee experience using top-tier equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work as part of the team to create a vibrant, sociable environment.
2. Serve coffee and food, supporting the diverse offerings of our business.
3. Deliver exceptional hospitality, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
4. Be based at a specific site, working hours from 6 am to 6 pm, with training provided.
5. Handle opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
6. Serve high-quality coffee with attention to detail, speed, and consistency.
7. Follow and adapt recipes to maintain brand standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
• Proven hospitality skills, punctuality, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
• Team player capable of collaborating with skilled colleagues.
