Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to help them find their dream sofa
• Showcase products in Sofology style
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience every time
• Understand design and style to advise on sofa choices
• Assist with finance applications to propose suitable payment options
• Maintain store standards and share product knowledge with the team
• Engage customers with visualisation of how new sofas fit in their home
• Recommend add-on products where appropriate
• Provide after-care advice to help customers love their sofa longer
