Part Time Social Worker - Independent School - London

Position: Social Worker

Location: London

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Part-time, and term time only

Nurse Seekers are proud to be working alongside a prestigious independent school in North London and assisting in their search for a new Part Time Social Worker. The school fosters a nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, so is seeking a Social Worker who can contribute to the safeguarding and well-being of students.

The successful candidate will not only play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and development of students, but will also work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individual and group support to students facing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
  2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement support plans.
  3. Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Social Worker with around 3 years experience.
  2. Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
