Mums Can Do in Watford is seeking a hands-on, creative social media assistant to run and grow our presence across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. This is a doing role focused on content creation and engagement, not strategy.

Ideal candidates are students or recent grads who can film or coordinate shoots, post regularly (4–5 times weekly), reply to comments, and help grow our community. Hybrid, part-time 10–20 hours per week, with travel to Watford for content grabs.

• Hands-on candidate comfortable with video content.
• Able to travel to Watford for shoots.
• Part-time availability 10–20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Post 4–5 times per week on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).
• Improve existing content, especially Super Mum videos.
• Reply to comments & DMs.
• Grow and develop the brand’s database through audience engagement strategies.
• Understand what makes content engaging.
• Be creative, proactive, and quick to execute.
• Be comfortable filming or coordinating video content.
