Paul Designs Project, a Maine-based architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to help elevate our online presence. This role is ideal for a current college student looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing while working with a creative and mission-driven firm. This is an in-office position at our Portland location (22 Monument Square), with flexible hours to accommodate class schedules.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the firm’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Design and schedule engaging posts that highlight our work, values, and expertise.

Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content.

Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement to optimize content and reach.

Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and visual storytelling.

Respond to comments and engage with our online community in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Must be a current college student (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred).

Experience managing social media accounts (personal projects, internships, or coursework count!).

Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent writing and communication skills with an understanding of brand voice.

Knowledge of architecture, design, or nonprofit/community-driven work is a plus.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
