Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a creative, organised and proactive Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Papworth. You will help manage social media and websites on a flexible, part-time basis, with an option to work from home after probation.

The role covers updating three websites, creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, uploading images, and supporting broader marketing activities.

Location: Papworth
Pay: £13–£14 per hour
Hours: Ad hoc, part-time – temporary basis

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive person to help with our social media and website management on a flexible, part-time basis.

The Role

You will help keep our online presence fresh, engaging and up to date by:

• Updating and maintaining three websites.
• Creating engaging content for social media and websites.
• Uploading photographs and keeping website images up to date.
• Managing and updating our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Keeping website information, images and content accurate and current.
• Supporting general marketing activities and helping to promote our businesses online.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience using social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Has good written and creative skills, with an eye for detail.
• Is confident uploading images and updating website content.
• Is organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• Has a flexible approach to working hours and can help on an ad hoc basis.

Previous experience in social media, marketing or website management would be an advantage.
