• Minimum of NVQ level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Ability to conduct treatments and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed targets for Elemis products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness at the Elemis counter.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client complaints.

Skills

Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum

Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry

Proven sales record

Education

Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
