John Lewis Partnership in Exeter is hiring a Supermarket Assistant to support the Waitrose store by keeping shelves stocked, fulfilling online orders, and delivering friendly, reliable service to customers.

You’ll join a team that values flexibility and a good work-life balance, with early shifts and DBS vetting where required. Applicants must be 18 or over and ready to help customers with enthusiasm.

Formación

• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Interest in food and drink trends is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team including checkout, Click & Collect, and other orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
