Job summary

Cannon, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for its Sizzling Pub & Grill in Worksop. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team, provide on-the-floor supervision, and drive training to maintain excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Comfortable working in a busy pub environment with high cleanliness and safety standards.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
