Job summary

Rosette, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is recruiting a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a small team and uphold high service standards across our pub site in Scarborough.

You’ll be hands-on as a host, supervise shift operations, help train colleagues and ensure cleanliness and safety. The role offers flexible shifts and staff discounts as part of a supportive pub team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house guest service.
• Ability to train and lead a team.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
