Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor at Chaddlewood, Plymouth. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service across our Sizzling Pub & Grill brand in a community-oriented pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly hospitality in a busy setting.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site operations and guest hosting.
• Lead and support the team during shifts.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on site.
