Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Toby Carvery in Loughborough is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, host the floor and lead a team to deliver great service. You’ll help provide a warm, friendly dining experience and ensure guests feel valued during every visit.

You’ll train and mentor staff, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and maintain a positive, lively team atmosphere. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and a supportive work environment.
