Sizzling Pubs - Rose & Crown is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a small team. You’ll pair great service with on-the-floor training to ensure each shift runs smoothly and guests leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub service is helpful.
• Ability to train and motivate a small team.
• Good communication and guest service skills.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
