Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Newlands to welcome guests, lead a friendly team and keep service running smoothly.

You’ll train staff, oversee daily shifts, ensure cleanliness and safety, and deliver the warm, efficient hospitality our pubs are known for.

Qualifications

• Part-time role as Shift Supervisor leading a guest-facing team.
• Experience in hospitality and service excellence preferred.
• Ability to train and support staff in a busy pub environment.

• Be part of day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
