Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at The Homestead to warmly welcome guests, lead a team and drive great service and training.

You’ll supervise shifts, model high standards, and help train colleagues while ensuring cleanliness and safety across the site. A supportive team environment and strong customer focus are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
