Miller & Carter in Southampton is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver warm, efficient service. You will act as a host, support training and help maintain high standards across the site.

You'll join a brand known as the home of the Steak Geeks, with our 3 day Steak School for managers and a focus on career growth, team motivation and guest satisfaction. Flexible shifts and great staff benefits await the right applicant.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host and leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for staff.
• Assist with staff training and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
