Miller & Carter Bournemouth is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, train staff, and lead a team in delivering excellent service. You’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth shift operations with a focus on training and guest satisfaction.

The role includes developing team skills, maintaining standards, and supporting a busy dining environment with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
