Miller & Carter - Parbold is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to help run the restaurant day to day, greet guests, and lead a team with enthusiasm.

You’ll oversee service, train colleagues, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and model excellent hospitality. With access to staff discounts and welfare benefits, this role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience supervising hospitality teams in a restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service and guest-facing skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff to standard.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and high service standards.
