Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor in Aylesbury to help run the site, welcome guests, and confidently lead the team. You will act as host, supervise service and model leadership during shifts.

We offer flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, Wagestream, a pension and 28 days holiday, with ongoing training through our Steak School. If you’re passionate about great service and teamwork, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
