The Swan Inn is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a dedicated team in a Premium Country Pubs setting. You’ll train people, uphold service standards, and help create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Flexibility with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site as shift supervisor.
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts.
• Train new team members to maintain service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to ensure guest satisfaction.
