Job summary

H2 Lifts Ltd in Leicestershire is seeking a Part-time Service and Operations Co-ordinator to support day-to-day operations and customer liaison. The role is 16-25 hours per week and initially offered on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent based on performance.

The successful candidate will schedule engineer call outs, assist with quotations, and maintain accurate records while supporting service and repair teams with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience within the lift industry is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer communications and enquiries
• Supporting service and repair teams
• Scheduling engineer call outs and service visits
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of repair quotations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting with adhoc operational and administrative tasks.
