Job description

Our client in Lisburn is currently looking for a part-time Office Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day supervision of other administrators.

This role is working Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm or Thu & Fri 9am-5pm.

Rate of pay: £13.57 per hour.

Duties include:

  1. Ensure policies and ISO procedures for stock management are followed to maintain appropriate stock levels in line with customer Service Level Agreements.
  2. Monitor stock holdings for selected commodity groups to meet service levels while maintaining target monetary investment.
  3. Coordinate with Trust Discharge Co-Ordinators for timely discharges.
  4. Authorize electronic purchase orders within approval limits.
  5. Expedite non-catalogue orders to ensure consistent supply.
  6. Assist in conducting perpetual stock counts as needed.
  7. Coordinate with Warehouse Receipts and suppliers for deliveries and ensure prompt receipt and payment processing.
  8. Work closely with Trust Estates Service to ensure equipment repairs are completed promptly.
  9. Collaborate with the CECS Assistant Manager to ensure accurate and timely input of requisitions into the Warehouse Management System before stock allocation.
  10. Help produce and update written procedures for CECS.
  11. Communicate with HSC Health Professional Staff to ensure service provision information is current and accurate.

Essential Criteria:

  1. A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, at Grade A-C including English Language;

OR

2 A Levels or equivalent qualification or higher;

AND

18 months relevant procurement or logistics experience;

OR

3 years relevant procurement or logistics experience.
