Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a part-time Senior Care Assistant for 22 hours per week. You will lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver compassionate, person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist services.

You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, implement care plans, and ensure accurate record-keeping while building strong relationships with residents and families. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care completed and willingness to progress to Level 3.
• Experience in dementia, nursing or residential care environments preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain high standards of care and contribute to personalised care plans.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with medication and activities.
• Ensure clear communication with residents, families and staff.
