A leading company in Mid Sussex is seeking a Part Time Senior Bookkeeper to support their Finance Manager. This role offers flexibility with home/hybrid working and requires attendance at the office for two days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, be proficient in QuickBooks or Xero, and possess strong communication skills. The position provides a competitive hourly rate and excellent company benefits.
We are very pleased to be partnered with our successful, expanding and friendly client as they seek to recruit a Part Time Senior Bookkeeper to join their team in Mid Sussex. My client is highly thought of within their sector and offers an excellent environment and team in which to work. The role is mainly home based / hybrid and will require attendance at the offices in Haywards Heath around 2 days per month. You will need to be located close to the Haywards Heath area for the office based days.
This is a 20 hour per week, part time role, working 5 days per week, 4 hours per day – working hours are negotiable and could increase over time if the job holder can accommodate this. This is an excellent Part Time opportunity to join a very established, highly reputable and fun company.

My client is seeking to appoint a new Senior Bookkeeper to work with and support their current Finance Manager. They’re seeking someone who has good experience of working in a smaller business covering all areas required in the finance space and is ready to take the next step in their career in a role that offers variety, purpose and development.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and reliable—someone who stays one step ahead, communicates effectively, and ensures financial operations run smoothly.
