Senploy in Cambridge is seeking an experienced SEND Tutor to provide personalised, one-to-one education for children and young people who need additional support outside mainstream settings.

You will work in alternative provision in Cambridge, delivering tailored tuition, supporting learners with SEND, and building positive relationships to encourage engagement and progress. Flexible, part-time hours are available and you will assess needs, adapt resources, and monitor learning records.

Formación

• QTS, PGCE or a relevant teaching qualification, ideally with SEND specialism.
• At least two years' experience supporting learners with SEND.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching and alternative education.
• Confidence delivering one-to-one lessons independently.
• Excellent communication, patience and adaptability.
• A genuine commitment to helping young people succeed.

Working within alternative provision in Cambridge, you'll help learners overcome barriers to education, rebuild confidence and make progress at their own pace.

What We're Looking For
