Job summary

Mayfield Church of England Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to join our welcoming village school. The role is part-time, term-time only, with pro rata salary and fixed term until 21 July 2028. Training will be provided where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, pro-active, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to inclusion and maintaining accurate records. Previous school-based experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Commitment to inclusive practices.
• Ability to work with children with diverse needs.
• Willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities
