Job summary

The Addington School in Reading is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to assist the class teacher, prepare the classroom and resources, and support pupils with diverse needs. Qualifications

• Support to Class Teacher; assist with the general management of pupils and preparing the classroom.
• Support pupils’ individual needs providing a bespoke environment for learning.
• Assist with behaviour management plans when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pupil support and resources preparation.
• Assist with classroom organisation and learning activities.
• Support with pupils needing behavioural support per plans.
• Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
