Swinford CofE Primary School in Lutterworth is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team from October 2026. This 16-hour per week, permanent role is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs in a warm, inclusive environment.

The post is temporary for one academic year, with a focus on helping students make academic progress, and develop socially and emotionally.

• Provide support to pupils with special educational needs to help them thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
• Support teachers by delivering engaging learning activities and supervising small groups.
