Job summary

MAN Commercial Protection in Lutterworth is seeking a Security Officer to patrol the warehouse and surrounding grounds, monitor accesses, and respond to alarms. This on-site role operates Monday to Friday evenings, with shifts from 17:00 to 20:00.

You will work independently, conduct regular checks, secure doors and windows, and complete lock-up procedures as required. Benefits include uniform, in-house SIA/First Aid training, and IPSA membership with 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• 5 year checkable work/education history.
• SIA DS or SG licence is required.
• Ability to work on own initiative.

Shift timings: 17:00-20:00

Payrate: £13.00

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the warehouse and surrounding grounds.
• Ensure all access points, doors, gates, and windows remain secure.
• Monitor the site for signs of unauthorized access or trespassing
• Complete scheduled lock-up and unlock procedures as required.
• Carry out routine inspections to identify security, safety, or maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents.

The ideal candidate must have:

• You must be able to work on your own initiative
• Full 5 year checkable work/education history
• Valid SIA DS or SG Licence
