Job Description:

Cubitt & West is part of Arun Estates, the largest independent estate agency in the Southeast of England. Our Branch Administrators are vital to our business's success. You will need to be organised, structured, and enjoy multi-tasking in a busy environment. Helping our customers on their life’s journey is beyond rewarding.

What will I be doing daily?

  • If you love properties, you'll be among the first to see new listings and prepare details for customers.
  • Assisting with marketing, updating displays, and advertising on property sites like Rightmove.
  • Sending and following up on communications with customers.
  • Assisting with customer inquiries when the sales team is out.
  • Performing administrative tasks like filing, post, and ordering office supplies.

Additional requirements?

  • A typing speed of around 45 wpm and ability to learn new computer systems quickly, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards and legislation.
